Liquid thermal insulation "Teplotor"
in shipbuilding
In modern shipbuilding, high requirements are imposed on thermal insulation materials due to the need to comply with fire safety, comfort of personnel and passengers, the peculiarity of technological use, the service life of the material, etc.

Liquid thermal insulation materials of the TEPLOTOR series meet all the requirements and effectively cope with the tasks. The material is applied to various structural elements of ships, providing not only thermal protection, but also protection against condensation.

The material is highly effective in thermal insulation of hot water and heating pipelines, removal of condensate on cold water pipelines passing in warm rooms and, of course, for insulation of ship premises and prevention of condensation in rooms located below the waterline.

The technology of applying liquid thermal insulation is carried out using a fluted (flat) brush or air spraying, which makes it easy to isolate complex geometric structures inside ships. The complexity of applying the material is commensurate with the complexity of painting. Liquid ceramic ultrathin thermal insulation can be easily sprayed both before and after the installation work on the ship's rigging.

To date, Teplotor is one of the few thermal insulation coatings on the market, which is provided with qualified and high-quality scientific and technical support and is the leader in the Russian market of ultrathin thermal insulation used for insulation and condensate removal on Navy ships, as well as on ships under the supervision of the Russian Maritime and River Registers.

Liquid thermal insulation "Teplotor"
in construction and housing
An important element in ensuring a comfortable environment in the house is the right choice of thermal insulation of both the building itself and the hot water and heating systems.

In many houses of our country, large heat losses occur through basements, attics, non-insulated walls, and sometimes even just on the way to home. This is due to outdated thermal protection technologies that are rapidly losing their heat-preserving properties, poor-quality installation of insulation, theft of protective screens (galvanized sheets on pipelines). As a result, many people pay 2−3 times more for energy resources than they could with high-quality thermal insulation.

The use of "traditional" insulation is often technically impossible, and sometimes even fire-hazardous. Particular difficulties arise in situations where the preservation of the architectural appearance of the building is a prerequisite.
The solution to these problems will be the use of thermal insulation materials of the "Teplotor" series! These materials have a number of advantages that undoubtedly distinguish them from the "classic" insulation:

  • The thickness of the material is usually 1-3 mm, which is especially important, for example, when pipelines run close to walls or to each other;
  • No additional fastening systems are required;
  • Even an unskilled specialist can perform work on insulation with liquid thermal insulation;
  • The ability to preserve the appearance of the building;
  • Uniformity of the coating – there are no connecting seams and, accordingly, there are no "cold bridges";
  • Maintainability – the damaged area of the liquid insulation is enough to clean and process again;
  • The possibility of applying material to objects of complex shapes and designs;
  • All materials do not support gorenje, and also have low smoke generation.;
  • There is no additional load on the foundation;
  • The materials are non-toxic, environmentally friendly;
  • They make it easy to detect the places of formation of defects during the entire service life of insulated surfaces;
  • High service life of the material.
All materials of the Teplotor series have the necessary certificates, including a Certificate of inclusion in the Register of new technologies, equipment and materials used in housing and communal services and construction of the Russian Federation, as well as a Certificate of compliance with the norms and rules of technical operation of the housing stock.

Acrylic paint on a water-dispersion basis can be applied on top of thermal insulation coatings of the Teplotor series, and it is also allowed to plaster, putty and wallpaper.

Industry

Oil and gas complex and petrochemical production
One of the main problems of operating tanks with petroleum products (gasoline, kerosene, fuel oil, crude oil, etc.) is overheating by sunlight. The boiling point of petroleum products ranges from +40 ° C, while the temperature of the metal in the summer can exceed +80 ° C. This inevitably leads to losses that can reach 40% of the total volume of petroleum products in the tank. To avoid this, the solution will be the use of thermal insulation material "Teplotor".

The ultra-thin monolithic coating will provide reliable thermal insulation and prevent the occurrence of "cold bridges". Due to the liquid consistency, the material is easily applied using an air spray device on the surface of any configuration. It is no longer necessary to remove the tank from the production process for welding studs and brackets for fixing mineral wool plates and galvanized steel cladding.

"Teplotor" also performs well the task of reducing heat loss in tanks, battery tanks, deaerators, etc. The material has already proven itself well on oil tanks beyond the Arctic Circle.
Thermal insulation of shut-off valves
As a rule, due to the complex configuration, the shut-off valves are not insulated, which leads to large heat losses. Classical thermal insulation materials do not allow to effectively isolate various valves, dampers, ball valves, etc. So, for example, the use of basalt or mineral wool has a number of disadvantages:
  • Bulkiness;
  • Tendency to get wet and absorb moisture;
  • Complex installation of insulation with a protective layer of galvanizing;
  • If repairs are necessary, complete dismantling of the insulation is required.;
  • The service life is not more than 3 years.

The use of liquid ceramic heaters of the Teplotor series for thermal insulation of shut-off valves will reduce heat losses, extend the service life of the insulated unit (prevents corrosion), and also protect personnel from burns and injuries. The material applied to the shut-off valve does not interfere with the repair work and is easily restored in case of damage.
