Thermal insulation of the wheelhouse
In November 2022, the thermal insulation of the wheelhouse of the RSD-59 project vessel was carried out with the thermal insulation material "Teplotor Standard". The material is successfully used on all vessels of this project both to protect metal surfaces from condensation formation and for thermal insulation of premises. The use of "Teplotor standard" is also due to the fact that the material thickness of 2.4 mm is particularly convenient in conditions of limited space, unlike "traditional" materials with a thickness of 50−100 mm.

Insulation of the facade of the house
In September 2007 , the task was set to eliminate the freezing of panels in five apartments of residential building No. 20 on the lane . Union in the Sormovsky district of the city of Nizhny Novgorod. In winter, in these apartments, the inner surface of the walls was cooled until frost appeared on it and fungus formed, the wallpaper peeled off, and the air temperature dropped. The widely used method of wall insulation using the Senarji technology in this case violated the architectural appearance of the facade of the house, insulated panels stood out on the facade like rivets. After preparing the walls, a layer of insulation "Teplotor Facade" was applied to the surface of the panels, with an average thickness of 2.5 mm, after which the insulated panels were painted with acrylic paint in the color of the rest of the facade. According to the results of operation from October 2007 to July 2008 , the following results can be stated:

  • the freezing of the panels has stopped in the apartments;
  • the temperature of the walls and indoor air in winter has become quite comfortable;
  • on the surface of the material, no cracks, swelling, peeling were found.

Industry

Thermal insulation of pipelines TSTP-44
In 2008, work was carried out on the insulation of heating and hot water supply pipelines in TSTP-44 with liquid ceramic thermal insulation material "Teplotor Standard". The task was to reduce heat loss in the pipeline and eliminate frequent burns of maintenance personnel due to the high temperature on the surface of the heat exchanger (120 °C). After applying a layer of 2 mm. liquid ceramic thermal insulation material "Teplotor Standard", the surface temperature dropped to 46 °C.
Thermal insulation of pipelines TSTP-53
Thermal insulation of CTP-53 pipelines In November 2008, work was carried out on the insulation of CTP-53 pipelines, heating and hot water supply in the basements of residential buildings and pipelines of ducted heating mains suitable for these residential buildings from CTP-53 with a total area of 3000 m2 with a liquid ceramic thermal insulation material "Teplotor Standard".

The temperature of the coolant inside the CTP-53 pipelines and pipelines of heating mains and basements ranged from +70°C to +150 °C. As a result of thermal insulation with the "Teplotor Standard" material, the surface temperature and heat losses corresponded to the SNiP. All insulation works were accepted by the commission of JSC Teploenergo.
Thermal insulation of the heating main HOA-193
In 2010, work was carried out on the insulation of pipelines inside the heating main and basements with liquid ceramic thermal insulation material "Teplotor Standard". The task was to reduce heat loss, increase the service life of pipes and their maintainability by reducing the cost of constant purchases of insulating materials after repair. After applying a layer of 2 mm. liquid ceramic thermal insulation material "Teplotor Antikor", costs decreased to 40%.
Treatment with liquid thermal insulation of oil tanks
In 2010, work was carried out on the insulation of oil tanks in the city of Usinsk, Komi Republic, with a liquid ceramic thermal insulation material "Teplotor Standard". The task was to stop temperature fluctuations during storage of petroleum products. After applying the material with a thickness of 2.4 mm, heat loss decreased to 30%, and temperature differences inside oil tanks were eliminated.
